Background and Fitness Philosophy

After spending time in corporate and seeing overworked professionals deteriorate in health, I decided to take the plunge into pursuing my passion for fitness and being an advocate for preventative health. I’m certified and licensed in the following:

ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist. Post-rehabilitation routines help you maintain the strength you built up in physical therapy and prevent the reoccurrence of injury.

NYS Licensed Massage Therapist; 2009 graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy.

Nutrition and Healthy Living Coach certificate from Cornell University.

NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. This addresses muscle imbalances and promotes a healthy balanced body. If you are experiencing muscular tension or chronic pain that is limiting your movement, corrective exercise can help alleviate your discomfort.
